“ 👋 Hey gang, Charlie here from Ramen Club (formerly known as Weekend Club). We're building the community, content & tools to help 90+ amazing bootstrapped founders, like you, get to ramen profitable and beyond. "The accountability, advice and deeper bonds I get from Ramen Club have been pivotal to me reaching $3.5k MRR for Tiiny Host." - Philip Baretto 😱 The problem Since 2018, I've been building meetups and communities in the bootstrapper space, and noticed some common challenges amongst founders trying to reach ramen profitable: ❌ Feeling lonely and unsupported making the difficult journey of entrepreneurship. ❌ Make common and avoidable mistakes due to a lack of experience, knowledge and mentorship. Especially in marketing, idea validation and finance. ❌ Inconsistent / undisciplined with shipping over the long-term. ❌ Struggling to afford all the expensive tools that come with building products. With Ramen Club, there is a better way. 🫂 Community ✅ Active Slack community of 90+ founders to support each other towards their ramen profitable goals. Having built companies like VEED, Mentorcruise, Indie Bites and much more. ✅ Get matched with 2-3 other builders at similar stages in our regular masterminds, for accountability and deeper bonds. ✅ 4x hosted remote co-working sessions per week to get shit done (with IRL co-working in London, and soon Lisbon). 📖 Content ✅ Regular deep-dive posts on topics like ramen profitability, market validation, growth tactics and much more. ✅ Live bi-weekly AMAs with experienced founders. Past guests have included @arvidkahl (Feedback Panda/Zero To Sold), @rosiesherry (Rosieland/Indie Hackers) and Amar Ghose (ZenMaid). ✅ In-house mentorship with our experienced financial, marketing and validation advisors via dedicated Slack channels for Q&A. 🛠 Tools ✅ Community-first product studio (Studio Ramen) building tools for and with our members (with paid gigs). First drop a free 'ramen profitable calculator'. ✅ Daily shipping streaks in Slack via our in-house tool 'PowerUp' to gamify communities. 👀 More! ✅ Vetted in-house Virtual Assistant (Lydia Melvin) who can help you hand off repetitive tasks at a discounted rate. ✅ Save money with $50k worth of discounts on 100+ products like Stripe, AWS, Mentorcruise, Slack and much more. Our mission is to create the world's most supportive community for bootstrapped founders to reach ramen profitable and beyond. Come and build with us. Thanks again to our incredible members and hosts @rich_p1 @jmckinven @abhishek_kumar3 @maikhaa @stefanmanku @bhumi1102 @wilhelmklopp ❤️️ - it'd be nothing without you. Any questions? “ Hi Product Hunters! Maker, Eddie here. Ianeta and I are a few months into working on this and I’m stoked to be posting here today! Our users that love ExplainDev find we help them to learn more independently and contribute to software projects more quickly. Users ramping up into a new project report being less reliant on more senior engineers and spend less time figuring out how to apply the code they find on the internet to their code base. ExplainDev acts as a virtual assistant that goes where you go. Once installed, ExplainDev adds explain buttons to the code you see on websites (for example GitHub, Stack Overflow, and docs). Upon click, ExplainDev uses OpenAI to generate explanations. You will also have an Explain option included in your right-click menu. 🤔 Who uses ExplainDev: We released a private beta in January that we’ve been iterating on based on feedback and interviews from our ~500 users. Our users fit into three categories: learning to code (48.5%), learning a new coding language (41.5%), or non-coders who work with code for their jobs (10%). Many of our power users are in Latin America and really appreciate that we use plain language for explanations and work in Spanish as well as English. 🥲 What we did before ExplainDev: A year ago we were working on Kmdr, a CLI tool and Browser extension that explained CLI commands options and arguments, token by token. We received lots of feedback from users that they wanted more context than what was available in man pages and official documentation. They also preferred the browser extension over the CLI tool. 🤯 Explanations are just the beginning: We were granted access to OpenAI Codex in December and are learning and exploring new ideas with this technology. Early adopter users are getting opportunities to try more features as we prototype. Our latest is answering follow-up questions. We have awesome users so far that have accepted meetings with us and provided a lot of feedback on ExplainDev and helped us understand the way they work. I’m excited to post here to get more folks trying ExplainDev and to hear from you and answer any questions. Thanks! “ Hello Product Hunt!! Like many of you, we've been sucked into the incredible possibilities and communities surrounding blockchain, crypto, and web3. One of the issues we quickly ran into was finding the tools we needed to make our projects happen. This project is not unlike others that have been posted, but we hope that you find this database helpful when searching for the right tool! And that's exactly what these are - tools. You won't find any protocols, DeFi products, or specific coins here. These projects are helping to make it easier for creators, developers, and DAOs to build the next generation of the interwebs. Copyright for these projects belong to the projects and their founders! We'd love to have you help us keep this database up to date, so please submit tools that you find (as long as they are not already there) and we'll send you a free unique NFT as a token (literally) of our thanks and proof of your contribution! In the future, these NFTs may grant other neat features as well. To be fully transparent, we're launching Toools for another reason as well. If you find Toools useful, please consider checking out our main project, Hedgefox.io, which is primarily a learning platform that rewards its learners and teachers for participating in the app through issuing crypto tokens and NFT certificates. We hope to help individuals and institutions rethink what education could look like - not as a centralized, expensive, and cumbersome system, but potentially as an open, interactive, and affordable ecosystem of ideas, communities, and investment. Toools is just one initiative to provide some initial educational value for the crypto community. Please do check it out! We'd love to hear your thoughts on Toools and Hedgefox! ” – Patrick Ford Discussion | Link

“ Hey, Product Hunt community! I am Rajarshi (Richard) Banerjee, Founder of EventStub – The World’s 1st DIY 3D Virtual Events platform. We did our first virtual event 2 years ago and since then we have been working silently to build a SaaS for event planners globally. Before we get started, I want to take a step back and share a quick recap of how the last 2 years helped us shape EventStub as a SaaS. ⏪ I am a non-technical entrepreneur, passionate about event management technology. In 2019, my team members and I started working on an Event Management Platform with a mobile app to help event planners provide a great event experience to their event attendees. We had the beta product ready by January 2020, that's when the lockdowns started kicking in and we were doomed. 🥇 First Virtual Event - In April 2020, one of our clients asked us if we could host a virtual event but in 3D. Since the locked down was in full force and no events going on and our team of developers were sitting idle, we so took the challenge. Over the next 2 months we set up our first 3D Virtual Event for our client. With a very few minor glitches, the Event was a grand success. 😱 Pain Point - After our first 3D Virtual Event, we did a lot of virtual events of our clients globally however we realized the pain point of the event planners - 1. Understanding how 3D Virtual Events work 2. Choosing the right Solution for their events 3. Getting the best 3D Designs 4. Simplifying the technology for themselves and their users 5. Pre-Event, During the Event and Post-Event, planning, execution, and analysis. 6. Budgets 7. Turn Around Time for Events to go live 8. And many other things… ⏩ So, we set out on a mission to build a DIY platform, where users can create and manage a full-blown 3D Virtual Event without depending on expensive developers of 3D Designers. After numerous roadblocks we were finally able to launch EventStub – 3D Virtual Event SaaS. 😇 Now you can create and host a 3D Virtual Event in a matter of minutes without the need of any technical or 3D Designing knowledge. 🏎 Take EventStub Virtual Event Demo for pain and let us know your thoughts. Here is the link: https://demovirtual.eventstub.co... ❓ Though events have started to take place in-person, we feel that Virtual Events have become an integral part of how we will do events in the future. What do you think? ” – Rajarshi Banerjee Discussion | Link
