every yeah we have dome a custom Woocommerce implementation for a client. This year due to bandwidth issues we are looking for help: Hi, It's that time of year again. I wanted to get an early start on the holiday menu since guests starts inquiring as early as the beginning of October. The goal would be to have the holiday menu posted online by October 17th. Christine, let me know if October 17th is attainable. Here are the menu changes. Thanksgiving meal cut-off date is Monday, Nov. 21st @ 4 pm Christmas meal cut-off date is Tuesday, Dec. 20th @ 4 pm Whole tenderloin of beef (meal) - $270 Cornbread $8 In the a la carte options, drop the word extra from cranberry sauce and turkey gravy Cranberry sauce $5 Turkey gravy $5 Whole roasted tenderloin of beef (a la carte) $180 change the year to 2023 ***I don't believe we had this item on the menu last year but it was on the website. 10-14 lb ready to roast whole turkey - $69 10-14 lb cooked whole roasted turkey - $79 Caveats We need to have the ability to make orders out of stock per location since Columbia always meets their capacity which is 100 turkeys. I believe, that in the last few years, when a location cannot accept orders, we were not able to turn it off because it affected all the locations or locations within that brand. We need to give the public the option to purchase a la carte items without having to purchase a meal so if someone only wants key lime pie, they should have the option to do so as well. I don't believe we need to take down the Thanksgiving menu and then put it back up again in time for Christmas. They can be kept online through January 2nd. At the cut-off time, if we can make all items out of stock, that should do the trick. However, I'm open to other suggestions. We also encountered some issues where the orders were not coming through on my end so having access to the back end to confirm the orders again this year will be of great help again. The website functionality was an issue last year. I would like to avoid as many website issues this holiday season. Not sure if the shopping cart has improved this year or not but I would like the ordering platform to be better. I believe last year, the website was clustered with a lot of items. I'm thinking maybe we should work on the layout. Let's think about the guest shopping experience. Holiday menu buttons (green). We will need a separate holiday menu button next to the order online button but also add the holiday button for each location under the order online option.
