Junior entry-level designer with UX experience is required

Looking to hire a Junior Designer to work with our exciting clients and in conjunction with our in-house marketing, design and development teams. The Junior Designer should be incredibly passionate about designing experiences and considers themselves visual storytellers. In this role, you will be a hybrid designer that loves solving client challenges from campaign concepting, integrated campaigns, to solving UX problems to support our client’s strategic goals and business objectives. A successful Junior Designer UI/UX is someone that is great with clients, works in close collaboration with both the strategy and creative teams and reports directly to the Project Manager. You will be required to partner with cross functional teams to ensure projects are completed within the timeline and on budget Requirements - 1+ years of web design experience. - An intimate understanding of design and content practices. - Someone who can work independently and as part of a team – you will be doing both, so we want need people who can work on their own as well as communicate and collaborate with other team members. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Problem solving skills – ability to use words to tell a story. - Exceptional attention to detail with an eye for typography, imagery, and color. - Understanding of current design trends and technologies. - Experience working on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter). - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
