these are what we want overlays that pop up
1. a lower third overlay after 1 second with intevriewees name2. 5/6 lower third smaller ones, that marry up to a google sheet file which has the questions that need to be in the overlay and the timestamps for when these appear, these need to be on screen for 6 seconds3. the two larger overlays generated by open ai, we have a premium account, one which is a summary of a research paper and another a definition - both are timestamped from sheets and must stay on screen for 12 seconds
importantly these overlays must be responsive, so when they are being overlayed over different size frame video frames the box and text size decreases accordingly, and vice versa for larger screens
