Integrating Twilio Flex with an in-house EMR system

WellTrust Medical is a small start-up company located in Charlotte, North Carolina. We specialize in hormone replacement therapy and healthy aging. We are seeking someone who can integrate and launch Twilio Flex with our in-house EMR system, replacing our current call center tool. We are looking for someone with project management abilities to take the end product goals of our operations team to implement and integrate Twilio Flex with our API framework. UX/UI background is a plus for developing the end-user experience with our patient-facing and physician-facing portal. This individual will work closely with our IT development team and our operations team. This job is remote and will require 2-3 months of work, 20-30 hours per week.
