We are seeking a talented and experienced Story Editor/Headwriter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the creative backbone of our upcoming animated show, shaping its narrative, characters, and overall vision. You will lead the writing team, ensure the consistency and quality of scripts, and collaborate closely with animators, directors, and producers to bring our stories to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine the overarching story arc, character development, and episode outlines.Write, edit, and oversee the creation of engaging scripts that align with the show's vision.Provide guidance and feedback to maintain narrative coherence and quality.Work closely with the animation and production teams to ensure scripts are effectively translated into visuals.Manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of scripts and revisions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a story editor, headwriter, or similar role in the animation industry.Strong storytelling skills with a passion for animated content.Understanding of developing story bible which entails: logine, outline, premise, .Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
