Wordpress contact page using Gravity Forms and Flowing to Salesforce Web to Lead

CMS: Wordpress Host: WP Engine CRM: Salesforce Scope: We had a jot form contact us page that flowed to Salesforce via Zapier and: -Pulled in enrichment data from Clearbit -Tie Google Analytics data to the user -Then send the data to Salesforce Their API (jot form) changed and they won't support this. So we need to move to a new contact form on our Wordpress page (thinking gravity forms - paid version). We then need a plugin to drive that data to our salesforce leads section. We currently have a subscription to CRM Perks, but are open to other methods. Currently, we swapped back to a very basic contact us form to not lose the data, but atheistically, it is off brand and wrong. TLDR: Need new Wordpress form plug-in that has a solid Salesforce connection. Need contact form to be formatted and visually acceptable, as well as pull in GA data to track/monitor goals.
