The platform will be web and mobile-friendly, fully localized in Dutch, and integrate third-party APIs like Stripe/Mollie while complying with Blik op Werk standards.Key Features1. Core Functionalities• Client Management:o Registration of client data (education, work history, subsidies).o Progress tracking with date and time-stamped notes.o Exportable client reports (PDF/Word format).• Agenda & Scheduling:o Automated scheduling of tasks based on predefined workflows.o Manual adjustments and notifications for upcoming tasks.• Document Management:o Uploading and organizing files within client profiles.o Generating new documents using pre-designed Word templates.• Email Integration:o Sending emails directly from the platform.o Storing incoming emails in client or project files.• Reporting Tools:o Custom selection and export of data for reports.o Visual summaries of key metrics (graphs, charts).2. Third-party Integrations• Payment Gateways:o Integration with Stripe or Mollie for processing payments.• Blik op Werk Compliance:o Exporting data for satisfaction surveys and results measurements required by Blik op Werk.
