Job Project: Internal Team Logo Design Update
Objective: To design a unique and dynamic logo.
Scope of Work: Concept Development:
Develop several original logo concepts that reflect the teams objectives: new ways of working in a constantly shifting strategic customer objectives and market dynamics
Ensure the logo is adaptable for various applications (e.g., presentations, business cards, team merchandise).Deliverables:
High-resolution vector files (AI, EPS, SVG)High-resolution raster files (PNG, JPG) in various sizes and formats (e.g., for web, print)

I am seeking an experienced 3D architectural visualization artist to create photorealistic renderings of residential properties. Several incomplete house builds require rendering to depict how the final structures will appear once finished. Either from basic designs or partial build photos provided, the freelancer must be capable of realistically modeling and texturing the buildings to showcase the completed structures. Interior and exterior views will need to be produced. A high degree of realistic detail and lighting are required to properly represent the properties for prospective buyers. The renderings must accurately convey the aesthetic look and feel buyers can expect to see upon completion of the builds. An eye for realistic material qualities and subtle lighting effects to produce believable, polished visualizations is essential. I am looking to make a video to send to companies for sponsorship. the video will start by an introduction of who i am, my business within the Porsche community and what accomplishments i have made in my racing carer (as a voice over whilst featuring some clips edited together of the race car on track).
