Require realistic rendering of houses for sale

Description

I am seeking an experienced 3D architectural visualization artist to create photorealistic renderings of residential properties. Several incomplete house builds require rendering to depict how the final structures will appear once finished. Either from basic designs or partial build photos provided, the freelancer must be capable of realistically modeling and texturing the buildings to showcase the completed structures. Interior and exterior views will need to be produced. A high degree of realistic detail and lighting are required to properly represent the properties for prospective buyers. The renderings must accurately convey the aesthetic look and feel buyers can expect to see upon completion of the builds. An eye for realistic material qualities and subtle lighting effects to produce believable, polished visualizations is essential. Prior experience rendering incomplete structures through to realistic final comps demonstrating the skills sought is preferred. Quality, accuracy and timely delivery are priorities for this project.
