We are a digital agency with too much work atm to facilitate this but we have created some designs for a kickstarter type website and need someone to develop it into wordpress for us but If a good job is done on this we will have more ongoing work. Other useful plugins we found were shttps://givewp.com/ or for woocommerce we found this https://woocommerce.com/products/crowdfunding-for-woocommerce/ https://woocommerce.com/products/fundraising-for-woocommerce/ It will be down to you the developer to choose what plugins to use based on the designs we show.
