Scope of work- Provide comprehensive training on Zoho CRM for managing quotes created with Zoho Books.- Set up and optimize a sales pipeline and funnel for tracking deals over £1000.- Create templates, automatic follow-ups, and reminders within Zoho CRM.- Prepare the system for easy use by new sales team members.
Additional information- We already have integration between Zoho Books and Zoho CRM with cross-synced data.- The training will facilitate better use of Zoho Books to generate quotes and offers.
