Our business is a screen printing and embroidery shop. I am looking for a custom spreadsheet that acts as a quote sheet across multiple products all at once. The functionality will be to provide pricing, discount(s), taxes and other information to a host of products whose costs will already be in the sheet. (If those prices can be pulled in live that would be even better). There are several variables which will need to be entered each time a quote is to be generated and they will need to be accounted for individually as they vary from order to order. Our current method requires us to check pricing tables and plug those prices into a quote sheet along with other variables. The hope is to stream line the process so each quote can be generated on a single sheet based on the necessary data points and can then generate pricing across a host of commonly used products with discount(s) accounted for if necessary and applicable sales tax as well as profits based on a stated selling price. I am sure there is a better way to explain this and while I know where we want to end up with this, the expertise on how to arrive there is what I am hoping to find.
