功能描述】
1.在工具栏上加翻译的icon，光标放到icon上时显示“全文翻译”的说明
2.点击“全文翻译”的icon，自动执行的操作及交互如下图（下图截取自腾讯文档）
2.1 生成两个区域，左侧为原文件区域，右侧为目标语言区域。
2.2 工具栏下方为原语言和目标语言的选择下拉菜单。点击“全文翻译”icon时，自动识别当前文件的语言，如果当前文件为中文，则默认翻译为英文；如果当前文件非中文，则默认翻译为中文。生成目标语言区域后，按照默认的目标语言进行翻译。如果在翻译的过程中更改了目标语言，则立即停止当前的翻译过程，按照目标语言重新开始翻译。
当前文件的语言和目标语言都可以通过下拉菜单选择，当前文件语言的下拉菜单中多一个“自动识别”。必须有的语言类型为中文和英文，其余语言参考应用的翻译插件，支持什么语言就显示什么语言
