CMS: Wordpress Host: WP Engine CRM: Salesforce Scope: We had a jot form contact us page that flowed to Salesforce via Zapier and: -Pulled in enrichment data from Clearbit -Tie Google Analytics data to the user -Then send the data to Salesforce Their API (jot form) changed and they won't support this. So we need to move to a new contact form on our Wordpress page (thinking gravity forms - paid version). We then need a plugin to drive that data to our salesforce leads section. We currently have a subscription to CRM Perks, but are open to other methods. Currently, we swapped back to a very basic contact us form to not lose the data, but atheistically, it is off brand and wrong. TLDR: Need new Wordpress form plug-in that has a solid Salesforce connection. Need contact form to be formatted and visually acceptable, as well as pull in GA data to track/monitor goals.

We need to immediately hire an experienced UKG Ready Implementation Specialist to set-up our 100 California-based, wage-earning employees on the Ready Time and Attendance Platform. Advanced Scheduling set-up may also be needed. After set-up, we would like the Implementation Specialist to train our staff, perhaps just key Supervisors. This job can either be full or part time. We are based in Los Angeles and the full time position would be at one of our sites whereas the part time position could work remotely. This will be an on-going relationship. In addition to our service-based company, we will be offering UKG Ready to for Clients we have and we want the Implementation Specialist to set-up their Ready platforms as well. At least 2 years experience working with UKG Ready is required, preferably with set-up and implementation. Familiarity with hardware is also useful. A flexible schedule helps. have some thoughts that can be discussed with whomever is hired. please be u.s. based. prefer a set budget vs. by the hour for this position unless you are a very quick worker. we are a start up and budgeting is available but limited to within reason for work rendered. A MUST FOR THE SITE is that there must be a set of pages to be used for selecting the desired model and then being able to select multiple potential upgrade options that we offer and in doing so , the site be able to generate an automated quote based of the potential customers selections. An example would be if you were to go to a new car dealers site and were selecting all the various options for your purchase to see what your end price might be. Ideally these selections would be able to auto update pricing based off a major big box building supplier via links tied to the various menu options, of whatever method works best for this to occur. Short of that ability to to do, we would still need a way if nothing else to be able to go in and manually update the pricing. Prefer that you have the ability to do this on an existing (as yet unpublished) go daddy site that we have reserved. As our current site is not up to our requirements.
