I use Monday.com boards as a workflow for my business but it was initially set up without being correctly planned. Now it is difficult to manage things as there are so many different boards. We specialise in assisting clients who have disputes with vehicles. For example if they purchase a faulty car and the vendor refuses to assist. We will help the client get the vehicle repaired or rejected etc and regularly communicate with clients, vendors, finance companies etc. A smooth platform to deal with enquiries and the required communications is essential. At present the system works OK but it needs to be much better.
