I am looking for someone to produce a detailed plan for a conservatory for my house.
I can provide a 2d black and white floorplan using (z-plan) and I can provide pictures of the location, all measurements, and even a basic 2d floorplan of before and after.
I’m looking for someone to produce a detailed plan that I can give a builder to sort a quote
I’m looking for walls either side to be timber with sheet insulation and hardiboard.
All the back to be windows/doors
And the ceiling to in a ‘lean to style conservatory’ with double glazed roof.
I can provide details of the structure of the flooring currently, distance to drains etc.
I need it to comply with usual planning ideally to avoid planning permission, and it would be used as a living room.
Please provide a quote for a complete plan with max 2 revisions.
Ideally a schedule of work required to prep the site, along with showing the structure of the conservatory.

Logo - fun, bold, Unique, customised for viral social media page

The project is for designing a logo for "Rapid Blues," a fast-growing social media page focused on ambulance photography and videos, which has gained significant attention with viral content and magazine features. See page on Instagram. The page, managed by a UK ambulance service worker, needs a logo that is modern, bold, fun, memorable, and unique, with customized typography. The design should include two versions/ideas: one with the full name "Rapid Blues" and another with just the word initials "R" and "B." My client has a selection of jiu jitsu sport specific gym programs/workouts that he wants converting into professional branded pdfs to sell. The client will provide all text for front pages in a word doc. then the weekly workouts in an xls. Brand colours will be given as well as a logo and url. There will be 7 programs in total of varying length. 3 will be 12 weeks. 3 will be 4 weeks. 1 will be 6 weeks in length Ideally each week will be on 1 page . with the different workouts from each week all appearing on the same page.
