I need an experienced and qualified architect who has knowledge with London boroughs planning processes, ideally with Harrow Borough. Requirement: - To draw and submit full building regulation application (including calculations) for a single-storey rear extension. Property Details: I've had a 3-metre single-storey rear extension completed a couple of years ago and have recently submitted a prior notice application to the council to extend by another 3 metres (so 6 metres in total). The council granted approval on the extension. I have CAD files available from the previous extension, which need to be updated with the new 3 metre extension drawings and calculations. We are seeking a talented graphic designer to design marriage invitation cards for an upcoming wedding. The designer should have excellent abilities in visual design and layout. We want the cards to represent our personalities and complement the theme of our wedding which will have elements of nature incorporated throughout. The designer must be able to conceptualize designs that capture the joyous occasion in a contemporary yet elegant manner.
