NOTE: NO AGENCIES PLEASE. Our team is seeking a consultant that can perform ServiceNow development and implementation to meet the design specifications using best practice and out of the box functionality. This person will assist the ServiceNow team, service management, enterprise architecture, and communications teams with implementing and improving the following ServiceNow modules: Performance Analytics, Application Portfolio, Project Portfolio, GRC, and Knowledge. This consultant will work with the key stakeholders and the ServiceNow functional analyst to ensure successful implementation and roll out. Consultant will work remotely within the United States during normal business hours 8am-5pm central standard time. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of four years’ ServiceNow experience who are qualified to perform the following tasks: • Development of ServiceNow modules using industry best practices. • Development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems • Development of complex workflows within ServiceNow. • Creation of new data tables within ServiceNow to support ongoing work. • Develop reports and dashboards within ServiceNow. • Create Knowledge Articles to document work where appropriate. • Perform operational support for system defects as they arise. • Perform basic system administration duties with ServiceNow. • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements. • Provide training to end users for developed applications. • Participate in peer code reviews. • Address configuration changes to the ServiceNow platform. • Coordinate testing activities using the ServiceNow Test Administration Suite. • Triage incoming ServiceNow support issues, and attend to the current backlog of open incidents and defects. Technical Requirements • A minimum of 4 years’ experience working with the ServiceNow Platform. • Knowledge of ServiceNow’s core application modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Agile and Self-Service Portal. • Experience with ServiceNow modules for Performance Analytics, Application Portfolio, Project Portfolio and GRC. • Understanding of relational database concepts. • Competency in modern software development methodologies using JavaScript. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Understanding of ITIL. ITIL V3 Certification highly desirable. • ServiceNow Administration Certified highly desirable
