I am looking for someone to create an elegant, modern luxury flyer design for my interior design business Interiors By Chloe to outline my services and showcase some project imagery. I am appearing at a large show where I will be meeting potential new clients. I can provide text, imagery and copy along with brand guidelines. Need to be produced by 10/3/25. I am open to size of the leaflet - can be double sided one page or 2 pages stapled together. Needs to be a clever simplistic design that still allows to showcase some imagery and a chunk of text.

General Overview: We are looking for a skilled CAD technician to draw up existing plans based on provided survey information. The plans are to be created in CAD/DWG format, requiring a strong understanding of AutoCAD. The successful applicant must be able to accurately interpret hand-drawn survey notes, photographs, and other provided documentation to produce detailed and precise architectural drawings.
