Method statement for garage conversion

Looking for a method statement / schedule of works for a conversion of a car port to annex accommodation. I will supply the building regulations detailed plans. This statement should include process of works, health and safety, and material storage etc. this needs to be signed off by the neighbours so needs to account for amends should they be required. The job is urgent and needs to be complete by next Monday 17th March.
