Freelance REVIT (BIM) architect

About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Freelance Registered Architect with a strong command of Revit and BIM to support our team on a variety of exciting projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. This role offers the flexibility to work on a freelance basis while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals committed to delivering high-quality design solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and contribute to design development stages using Revit.• Prepare and oversee detailed technical drawings, with compliance of UK Building Regulations.• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.• Provide design solutions that are innovative, practical, and aligned with client briefs.• Conduct site visits and inspections, preparing reports as needed.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Requirements:• Qualifications: ARB-registered architect with a minimum of 3 years of post-Part 3 experience.• Software Expertise: Proficient in Revit and BIM (essential), AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite,and other design tools.• Strong understanding of UK planning and building regulations.• Demonstrable experience in delivering projects from concept to completion.• Excellent communication and project management skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
