I need a logo with name

A logo with name for a crown green bowls club polo shirt please. The wording will be:
BROMBOROUGH SOCIAL CROWN GREEN BOWLING CLUB
The logo will use the photos attached (actually from a trophy), and to write BROMBOROUGH SOCIAL across the top curve and the rest underneath in one or two straight lines. We only need the main section - i.e. the silver shield shape itself, and not the extra bits around it. It will be about 75 mm height and obviously the other dimensions in proportion. The background around the lettering can be light grey, and the lettering orange please.The words BROMBOROUGH SOCIAL are to be about twice the size of the words underneath. I think it will be screen printed rather than embroidered. We would like 2 options on the design. It will be printed onto a grey backgroundIf a good job is done, we would later require a further number of company sponsor logos for printing on other parts of the shirt. A suitable file type is essential, and one which I can download on an Apple Mac Book Air and to be one I can send to our sponsors.Time is important, as we need to seek our sponsors almost immediately, although we have two of the four we need already.Thank you.Andy.for Bromborough Social Bowling Club, Wirral.
