Marketing Materials Designer for Charity Fundraising Campaign

I am looking for a talented and reliable marketing designer to help produce a small set of branded materials for a fundraising campaign for a small health charity. The aim of the campaign is to raise awareness with brands and their audiences. We already have brand guidelines, imagery, video, and copy — I need a designer to pull this together into polished, professional materials. Office Layout

I want to be able to fit 6 desks, a small space for a sink and a kettle, and a meeting room. This is on a mezzanine floor (see the attached photo). The size of the floor area is 5.82 x 10.95 metres. Please take into account the staircase (in the attached photo) which is on the shorter length of the space. We could use glass dividers for the meeting room to ensure that the natural light isn't wasted.
