Convert Arabic & English Logo from Image to High-Quality Vector

I have two logos—one in Arabic and one in English—that I will provide as images. I need a skilled designer to convert them into high-quality vector files with the exact colors as in the original images.
One of the files I will provide may not have colors, but I still need the final logos to include colors based on the original designs. If needed, I can provide additional guidance on the color scheme.
Requirements:
