Description

1. A 2D site layout plan showing the different house types and amenities 2. A 3D site layout plan 3. A Ground floor and first floor 3D image for each house type – there is 3 house types. 2-bed, 3-bed and 4 bed. 4. 2D graphic showing the layouts of the ground and first floor of each house 5. 5 – 6 external CGIs of the site showing the finishes to the houses, the planting, road etc.
