I'm in need of an experienced architect to assist in revising my sunroom project plans so they meet the City of Bellevue’s permit requirements. Key areas that need correction and review include: - Glazing compliance: Updating glazing to U-0.30 or better - Insulation adjustment: Modifying insulation to meet the energy code - Structural details: Refining structural details for shear walls and foundation, ensuring safety glazing compliance I have existing architectural plans in digital format (CAD files and PDF) that will need to be reviewed.
