Innovation & Solutions-Oriented Approach: • The expert should not only automate but also innovate. We require someone who will look for better solutions to common automation challenges and propose improvements without being told. • The candidate must provide out-of-the-box solutions to streamline workflows and optimize performance. • Come equipped with proven automation techniques and industry-standard best practices. 4. I am looking for an INDIVIDUAL, not a COMPANY to assist in an idea I have for an app for both IOS and Android, with the possibility of an accompanying website. It is possible, after communication that this will only need to be an interactive website and the app side is not required. I am looking to develop an ongoing relationship with this person, once I get the full requirements across. So, looking for someone that wants long term work rather than a quick couple of day project. In terms of budget, I appreciate this could go on for a while and so I am putting a low budget for now, but it is important to realise that I know it will increase once we talk about the work. This is really an initial concept budget. There will be a lot more work, which I hope all be more partnership based.
