This project seeks a developer to build a full-featured commercial loan origination website. Taking inspiration from leading Fintech platforms, the site will offer clients a streamlined application process for loans of varying sizes. Applicants can securely login to initiate and track requests, uploading documents and receiving automatic underwriting decisions. A separate broker portal is also needed, with tools for submitting multiple client applications and monitoring status. Both client and broker dashboards should provide a real-time view of pending and funded deals. The selected developer will have full access to customize the frontend and backend as needed. Their work will encompass the entire website development lifecycle from design to deployment. The goal is to replicate the professional services and digital experience of top online lenders. Future phases may involve integrating additional loan products, customizing underwriting rules, or building out an API. The right candidate will have proven experience designing and building commercial B2B/B2C websites from scratch.
