Hey,
We’ve been experiencing indexing issues with our site since around December 18. Everything seemed fine following the late November launch - pages were getting indexed normally. However, something changed after mid-December, and despite fixing a few things, we’re still struggling to get our pages indexed.
We’re not sure if we need to rebuild the site entirely or if there’s a specific technical issue we haven’t identified yet. There aren’t any obvious signs of what might be causing this. We’re hoping to find someone with strong technical expertise to advise us and help resolve the problem. If we need to rebuild the site entirely in a simple and easy way to reset everything would be an option we are open to, and utilize a new theme.

I have been using Squarespace for 1 year and have been pleased with my website. I bought the 'Tuscany' theme from Squaremuse (they've now closed) and it's been working fine. Apparently it has to sit on 7.1 Version - which it is as far as I know. My website is all there, just not looking as pretty....the theme isn't working and I haven't changed anything so I'm clueless. The only thing I can think of is that when my renewal for Squarespace came up the card had expired so they'd taken something off? I have the Tuscany Design Kit PDF attached so you can see what it should be looking like. I'd also like to add the hero has a contributor to my Squarespace rather than sharing my login details as someone else on Peopleperhour has asked me to do which makes me uncomfortable. I believe it's a super quick fix for someone in the know!
