I am looking to revamp the design of my education website and mobile application to have a more casual and approachable aesthetic. The current design feels too formal and corporate which may put off potential students browsing the site.
The goal of the redesign is to create a modern, clean and vibrant look and feel that still maintains a sense of authority as an education provider but feels more relaxed and welcoming. Some key aspects I am hoping the new design will focus on is using bright but soothing colors, larger font sizes for readability, more visual hierarchy with images and infographics, and a logical intuitive navigation structure.
The content on the site covers a wide range of courses from professional development and career training to language learning and arts & crafts. Catering the design to suit this variety of topics while still maintaining a cohesive branding is important. Mobile responsiveness is also a high priority as more users are accessing the site on smartphones and tablets.
I am looking for a talented designer who has proven experience redesigning education or course content websites. Strong skills in UX/UI design, visual design, web standards and technologies are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to translate my goals into beautiful, engaging and effective webpage and app designs.
