We are seeking an experienced architect or architectural firm with expertise in residential building design using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology at LOD 400 in Revit. The project involves developing a detailed, comprehensive design for a medium-sized residential building. We are looking for a professional who can deliver high LOD 400-level detail, including precise 3D models of all building elements with full material specifications and construction requirements.
