Create to-scale bathroom plan for builder to execute

Description

I am replacing everything in my small bathroom. I have already purchased the fittings and fixtures and have sketched out how I want it to look, but don't have time to produce proper plans for the builder. I would like to send a designer/technologist my sketch, the room measurements, and links to the floor and wall tiles, bath, toilet, sink, taps etc that have been ordered, in order to create an accurate (ie to scale) 3D model of the bathroom. This model should be in full-colour so that I can determine if the selected tiles, fittings and paint palette fits with the aesthetic of my house.
