Illustrative map of a visitor attraction

NO AGENCIES.We need an illustrator graphic designer who will use a combination of their artistic skills - hand drawing and graphic design to create and produce a high-quality map that helps visitors navigate the gardens with outbuildings and points of interest. You need to enjoy drawing and have an appreciation of the beauty of the great outdoors and plants to give this project its required effort and artistic interpretation.You will be given a full detailed brief, access to their website, lots of pictures, video, and aerial pictures with ongoing communication and regular feedback. It would be possible to arrange a tour of the actual venue if you can travel to Kent.The map artwork will be used to produce an A0 board near the entrance of the venue and also PDF downloads from the website.
Attached is an example of the type of map we are looking for. You can introduce your style but it needs to provide a clear guide and include all the required paths, areas, and illustrations to bring it to life.
