3 D design of a 8 bed Co-living Scheme

I seek a talented 3D architectural designer to generate realistic renderings of an 8-bedroom co-living scheme. The virtual model should meticulously depict an accommodation comprising of 8 bedrooms, each with an ensuite or offsuite bathroom, along with 1 shared kitchen and additional bathroom.
The designer is expected to furnish each room realistically based on the scale floor plans and input on fixtures, fittings and furnishings that will be provided. All individual bedrooms must be decorated distinctly with appropriate lighting, wall colors, flooring, window treatments etc. The shared spaces like kitchen and common bathroom also need to be equipped plausibly.
