I'm looking for a developer who can create a design, branding as well as the development. The development can be in Wordpress or similar.
In the diagram you can see the key pages of the site. Along with main functions for each page. In the second document you can see examples of documentation packs (products)
I would like to see a draft. Then provide feedback on changes.
I'm open to colour / theme. And would value your expertise. I do also like white with black as long as it's not too simple!

This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced specialist freelance developer that is looking to become an extended part of a team agency team and who is looking for a regular stream of work. Ideally, we would like the developer will be highly experienced in the following areas: - Advanced / senior PHP and Laravel (and other ORM's such as Vanilla) development skill. - Experience in dev ops and managing projects. - The ability to speak to clients (not always, just if it’s essential). - Experience in working with / managing other developers. We haven't confirmed a budget for this as we have a number of potential projects that we want to collaborate on and even more coming in so this will be a partnership that will hopefully last a long time. I need someone who can help me finish my web. I am no an expert in word press and i have started the web using elementor and page layer but havent finished because i am very slow. To be clear i need someone that: 1. Finishes my landing pages: home, services, about, contact, and apartments. 2. Helps me change a bit of the design of my web so it can be similiar to another website called "housing anywhere". 3. Make sure that photos are in the right size and position. 4. Make my web run fast 5. Can work together with me to finish designing the web, and teach me the basics so i can continue managing the web.
