Description

We wish to design and develop a world-class conference, training and innovation facility situated on five hectares of land. The center aims to provide modern event spaces alongside incubation and research amenities in a lush, landscaped setting.
Key components include a stylish 100-seat conference room, a spacious 300-seat auditorium and a large 1000-seat event hall able to accommodate major functions. In addition, various breakout areas are required such as 50-seat meeting rooms suited for board presentations and workshops.
Onsite accommodation must be integrated featuring comfortable guest suites and apartments. The facilities should cater to both short and extended stays. Nearby dining options are also important to include an on-property restaurant offering healthy meals along with a café promoting relaxation and informal meetups.
Office and lab spaces form an essential part of the project. A business incubation center will support startups through shared work areas and services. A modern research facility equipped for innovation must equally feature to encourage scientific collaboration. Landscaped gardens, walkways and open spaces will envelope the buildings providing visitors tranquility amid their busy schedules.
Sustainability is a priority through the adoption of green construction techniques and energy/water conservation measures. Accessibility must be top of mind with ample parking and excellent transport links. The finished development will set a new benchmark, attracting conferences, training programs and entrepreneurs on both
