Layout Design for an Illustrated History Book in InDesign

We are looking for an experienced InDesign professional to create a well-structured layout for an illustrated history book in French. This approx. 250-pages book includes around 100 images with captions, an automated table of contents, a bibliography, and a carefully structured content flow.
Technical Requirements:
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign: Advanced use of paragraph and object styles, master pages, grids, and efficient management of text and image frames.
- Automation of Dynamic Elements: Automatic numbering for pages, illustrations, and captions, as well as the generation of the table of contents and indexes to ensure seamless updates.
- Compliance with Editorial and Typographic Standards: Proper hyphenation (French), justification, and alignment with professional book publishing conventions.
- Technical Constraints Management: Consideration of margins, print formats, and optimization for a smooth reading experience.
- Efficient Resource Organization: Structured workflow based on a Word document and photos from the first edition of the book.
Deliverables:
- A clean and structured InDesign file (optimized with styles and automation). - A complete production package, including linked images, fonts, and any additional assets. - Documentation on file structure and future modifications.
Ideal Candidate:
