2nd attempt: Wordpress as website add-on

(Maybe 'technology & programming' plus 'CMS development' picked by me are not the most appropriate terms, I am not so familiar with these things)

On 17/2 I posted this offer: 'Wordpress as website add-on'. There were many responses, and I awarded the project to one of the first bidders, who appeared capable, but after some time it was increasingly getting clear that he, beyond doing a few basic preparations, actually wasn't.
So if you're still interested and could do it within a few days, I suggest we talk. It would not be much more than convert (what looks like) a template to something resembling a simple blog site, of which we have a sample. Also show me how to do the daily uploads, plus back-ups etc. Or would there be anything else I would need to know as a blog admin (my first blog ever)?
