Youth Baseball Team Banner

I need a design for a team banner for our youth baseball team. They are called "Hammerheads" and their logo will be based on the Jupiter Hammerheads' Minor league baseball team. See attached logo. Replace "Jupiter" with "Milpitas". The team color is gray, but I don't mind adding a splash of blue. This will be printed on a 3ft x 5ft. Please state your price and turnaround time. In addition, players' names (13 total) would also be printed; as well as the head coach and 2 assistant coaches' names. Thank you.
