Faceid /Plate Match, Check IA

Description

Description: - We require a responsive WEB application that has: Teensflow or Amazon FaceRekognition or similar- No design, only functionality- Use HTML, JS, PHP Backend- MySQL database
Functionality Tests:- Upload a photo and compare it with my IMAGE FOLDER - Write a plate number and compare it with my IMAGE FOLDER- Capture a fake photo to see if it recognizes it as a face or not
Deliverables:- Source code- //comments tags for path or folder modifications- Support to register accounts or third-party APIs if applicable
