Description

We seek a talented and experienced web designer to conceptualize and build a compelling website for a women's clothing line. The goal is to craft an aesthetically-pleasing and intuitive customer experience that highlights the brand's identity and inventory online.
Key aspects of the project include carefully conceptualizing the overall design system, color scheme, and navigational structure to ensure intuitive usability and brand messaging. Site content such as product descriptions and photography will need to be organized logically and attractively displayed. Responsiveness across devices is paramount to accommodating all potential customers.
Strong HTML5 and CSS skills are needed to construct clean and valid code supporting the designer's vision. Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap would aid responsive development. Integration of necessary e-commerce features to showcase products and facilitate purchases is important.
Applicants should demonstrate a portfolio highlighting design prowess across desktop and mobile platforms. Experience designing for online retail or fashion brands is preferred. The developer selected will work closely with brand stakeholders to iterate designs based on feedback. Project timeframe is approximately 8 weeks.
