Hello All ,Thanks you for viewing the advert. I am looking for a website developer to redesign/redevelop an existing community chat messaging website that was lost due to hosting company server developing an issue. The previous site is a few years old and is no longer fit for purpose and I am getting this site redesigned to bring it update to the latest web development standards. This is a simple chat/messaging website which will not require any database or fancy programming etc. You will not need to develop the livechat element of the site as it hosted elsewhere remotely. I will supply you code for the live chat which you will embed on the newly developed website. Please see below some Key standard requirements for the website.
** The website must be designed/developed using the latest web design technology and follow the latest web design standards. ** The website and all pages on the site must be fully responsive and work well both the destop/laptop and Mobile devices. ** The site must be easy to navigate, fully SEO friendly and designed with users in mind , so it looks good to the eye as well easy for the user to browse and use make use of all user features available on the site.. ** The site will contain usual user menu options such as, About us page, Chat, Feedback page, Privacy statement page, Terms of use etc. ** All pages on the site will contain various ad formats so the website and all relevant pages must be fully optimized for ad views alongside the usual page contents. ** The site must contain a social media referral buttons embedded on pages so users can refer the site/pages on the social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram etc. ** The site must also contain a standard privacy/cookie acceptance/rejection banner at the footer of the site. ** The site and all associate pages must fully secured against all known virus/malware/hacker attacks and pages must load at the fastest possible speed. ** The site design must include a sitemap for the website so pages can be crawled by search engine bots. The above is an exhaustive list and I will advise of any other elements as required during the development phase.** I will supply you with all the relevant content/text and will be on hand to provide advice and guidance throughout the whole project until it is fully completed and ready to be deployed live.

I want quotes for a new Wordpress website. I run a charity which publishes a hobby magazine and sells a range of merchandise in a shop. The project should be straightforward for an experienced designer but I want good service and ideally someone with a good development background. You should have experience of developing sites from planning to launch. There will be three main functions which may be reflected in three basic page template styles: 1) company information, contact us, etc; (c.4-6 pages) 2) a number of attractive, static discovery articles (with significant text and photos) about the area we work in (c.6-10); 3) a number of small product profile pages (c20-30) to act as a shop-front (the merchandise shop itself is hosted on a separate PHP site with our dynamic content, but that is functional rather than attractive). The current website is old, runs with Joomla, and is unhelpfully intertwined with a second, WP-based site. My proposal is to set up the new site separately (potentially on a new domain) and then deal with deconstructing the old one as a separate project. You will therefore need to be able to set up a site from scratch and consult/advise me on technical options. If we work well on this project there may well be further work on projects such as deconstructing the old website and revamping the second site. We may end up involving our (volunteer) PHP developers in discussion. A training phase will also be necessary once the site is built, probably for two or three office staff. As for the design elements, we have a fairly strong brand with a number of assets ready, but they are somewhat old-fashioned.
