Maternity Cover until June 2025

We are a fun and quirky fashion accessories brand based in London. We are currently looking for a maternity cover for a head of design position.
Responsibilities:1) manage critical path2) liaising with factories in China3) manage a small design department of 5 staff and freelancers and ensure all deadlines are met4) support other departments with graphic design and artwork request5) provide creative and artistic direction keeping the brand's tone of voice5) hybrid working6) report directly to MD
