Design Lightweight Astra Wordpress Themes

We are a home services marketing company looking to develop category specific websites for home services like Plumbers and Locksmiths. We already have existing sites, but we are moving our backend platform to Wordpress. Previously, we built out static Vue websites with our primary reason being able to provide fast web pages served from edge nodes like Amazon Cloudfront. We realize we can now achieve similar page speeds using Astra themes and a heavily optimized Wordpress. Making this change should improve our development time for new categories. We are looking for a designer that is familiar with Wordpress and Astra, to create new sites that are editable with the block editor in Wordpress. This may mean taking existing Astra themes and modifying them to fit our needs or developing entirely new themes that are lightweight. We are seeking someone who understands good UX/UI, and can work from lightly scoped details.
