Looking for a Principal UX Designer to lead the re-design of a sprawling eCommerce website that spans multiple business channels hosting a variety of workflows on a 3 - 6 month project. As the lead you will partner closely with SMEs, product owners, and engineers to enhance the overall quality, experience and conversion rate of the site. You'll also work with the client through all major phases of the design process: Research, Concepts, Testing & Iteration, Delivery to Engineering and Engineering Support. The project will kick off with an in-depth research phase consisting of user research, competitive testing / audits and journey mapping to help define the overall direction of the site and provide data to stakeholders to validate final design approach. Your ability to clearly and effectively communicate evidence-based recommendations to the client will be a key to the successful completion of the project. Key Qualifications: 1. 6+ years of experience as a design leader 2. Strong portfolio with a proven record of finding and using data to drive design decisions 3. Clear and confident communicator with an affinity for visual storytelling , knows how to communicate with team, peers, and business leads 4.
