Staff break room design

Description

We are seeking a skilled interior designer to conceptualize and visualize the design of a staff break room located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The break room will be used daily by approximately 50 employees and needs to have a relaxing yet modern aesthetic. Key objectives for the design include optimizing a functional layout, incorporating natural lighting, selecting durable and easy to clean materials, and including distinct seating sections for individual and group use.
Cultural sensitivities should be respected with the design adhering to local norms and values. The style proposed should show creativity within these parameters to boost staff morale and satisfaction. Considered use of colors, textures and accessories can help create a soothing atmosphere to recharge during work breaks. Accommodating lounge chairs, café style tables and workstations are essential fixtures to integrate. Storage solutions for personal items and a small kitchenette also need incorporation.
Strong rendering and drafting skills are required to visually illustrate the proposed layout and design elements. Materials, finishes and furnishings should be durable yet aesthetically pleasing. Experience working on similar institutional interior design projects in Saudi Arabia is preferable. The winning bidder will work closely with our facilities team to ensure the vision is smoothly realized within budget and on the targeted deadline. Effective communication and responsiveness will be highly valued throughout the process.
