Facebook expert to help with account setting problem

Hi,
We are a charity supporting cancer patients and are wanting to run some FB ads.
Howver, we are having issues with our FB accounts. We seem to be in a real muddle with 2 accounts and we have no idea what is connected to what and so we need help urgently.
We had 3 hours with a FB expert already but he could not work out what the issue was.
