I am working on a documentary about my journey with the Wakhi mountain tribe in the Outer Himalayas.There are 4 very simple and small bits of animation that need doing.
1. Text for the title - 'Who are the Wakhi People?'2. An outline of a map that shows where they reside (I have the map ready)3. Drawing of their tribal chief system4. Text for the end of the introduction - 'My Story with the Wakhi People of Hunza Valley'
The animation is incredibly simple, but only if you are experienced with maps, drawing lines and typography. I have videos made that explain how to design the animation which I will send to you on whatsapp.

I need someone to work with me on Canva to refresh/reimagine the attached (very simple) 6 page report, with specific emphasis on the layout and presentation of the data within the report. The report currently only contains 7 tables and one dial gauge. It is boring to look at and confusing due to the overuse of colour. Report purpose The report is presented at the end of a training course to show the change in individuals and overall as viewed by people they work with. It is presented to senior managers within a company and needs to be clean, impactful and easily understood. We want to move away as much as possible from using numbers to using colours/scale/positioning appropriately to show relative differences between the data. However the use of colour at the moment is overwhelming in the tables and is actually very poorly designed (we did it in a hurry!!). There is currently no Cover Page. We do not need a work of art for the Cover page, and it should be considered as the final part of the project. It needs to be able to incorporate two logos (our logo and client logo - repeated in the headers through the report) and appropriate text (name and date of report etc). The significant changes to the data are: 1) That the table in page 5 only has the Change in Behaviour column (Pulse Scores and Original Scores are removed), and the table in page 6 only has the Common Observers column 2) The response scale items (scoring), will still remain at six, but will move to focus on improvement rather than absolute ability. I do not have enough data to comment Minor decline No change Slight Improvement Some Improvement Significant Improvement Outstanding Improvement 3) We will be adding a Sentiment Analysis section at the end. This is basically a text list but with some colour added to identify the sentiment of the text and themes within the text. I want someone with a proven track record in Data Visualisation and/or Infographics that can communicate perfectly in English. It would be great if your English is good enough to chat on Skype or similar as this gets things done much quicker. You must have a Canva Pro account so that we can easily share and use the advanced features. I am looking for a web designer with UX/UI experience for both desktop and mobile. I am used to seeing web designs created in Figma but am happy for you to use other software solutions, just let me know what they are and why you like/prefer them to Figma. Most of our work is delivering custom-built WordPress websites for clients and this particularly project is of that ilk. However, we sometimes get asked to develop designs for webapps and apps for our clients, so if you have experience in this field, that would be great to know about too. One of our most recent jobs - for example - was creating a design for a webapp that worked a bit like Airbnb but for people rather than property if that makes sense. A preference will be shown for native English speakers living either in the UK or in a similar time zone who work normal Mon-Fri hours. I have put in £40 per hour as a starting point but am looking to pay £30-£50 depending upon skills and experience. You would need to be willing to white label as Abacus for emails and attend client meetings as and when required, which almost always take place on Zoom as video calls. Your would also liaise with our web developers to ensure that what they built remained true to your design - it would of course be desirable/essential to have a working knowledge of web development so you know what is and is not possible from a design perspective, though I suspect that should really go without saying. Initial designs will be provided by our creative director along with some visual clues in a brand handbook - formal brand guidelines will normally evolve as the marketing plan evolves so a willingness and aptitude for working in a dynamic environment is crucial. Project management will be provided by myself to ensure that the overall solution adheres to the strategic marketing plan we have created during then onboarding process, and a copywriter will be on hand to provide content as and when required and to ensure word counts match. Also, our design studio will assist with assets such as images, graphics etc. I think that's everything, but dont hesitate to ask any questions if you require more clarity.
