I need a person to make changes and customise a worpress theme

I have the orgeo theme installed but require changes that include changing the look of certain section so the project does not include just changing pictures and text.The website is https://citypatch.co.uk/.I require a different homepage option ( Homepage version 4 on theme with video main picture). section below the main video - brief in text but requires professioanl design.Section 3 - Make the current text look more professional.Residential and commercial page - Use current text but make look more professional.I will provide video and some pictures but the seller needs an istock or shutterstock subscription as they will also provide 4 or 5 pictures from those sites.
